If the Multi-Family is a long-term deal then:
(1) Passive Income – via Monthly Paid Rents
(2) Profit Gain – via the profit made from the increased appreciation on the sale of the property
If the Multi-Family is a short-term deal then:
(1) Profit Gain – via the profit made from the increased appreciation on the sale of the property
If the Multi-Family is a long-term deal than the property is typically held between 1-5 years. Although sometimes dependent on the market and its valuation, a long-term deal could be up to 120 months.
If the Multi-Family is a short-term deal than the property is typically held between 6 months to 1.5 years.
If the market upturn, and the potential to sell the asset comes available where the profit will equal or be greater than the originally anticipated deal outcome.
