What?

A Turnkey Property is a long-term wealth building asset which can be held free and clear or by applying strategic leverage strategies.

Why?

Turnkey Properties are ideal for their opportunity to provide long-term passive income.

Financial Benefits

Turnkey Properties provide financial income in 2 ways:

(1) Passive Income – via Monthly Paid Rents
(2) Capital Gain – via the profit made from the increased appreciation on the sale of the property

Capital Gains can be deferred using the 1031 Exchange Regulations.

Lifecycle

The average Turnkey Property is owned between 5 and 10 years. However, market conditions and property value should always be monitored.

If the market upturn, and the potential to sell the asset comes available where the profit will equal or be greater than the originally anticipated deal outcome.

Responsibilities

Investors in Turnkey Properties are the owners of the property. This is the greatest difference between a long-term and turnkey deal.

As the Investor owns the property, the Investor is responsible for ensuring insurance, taxes and utilities etc.
